Sephora is looking for an Omnichannel Technical Project Manager to support digital initiatives across e‑commerce and client-facing platforms. This role focuses on driving execution, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery of complex technical projects.

Required Skills & Experience

Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end delivery of omnichannel and e‑commerce initiatives, including Order Management–related projects
Partner closely with engineering, QA, product, architecture, security, and business teams
Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and status reporting
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Maintain Jira boards and project documentation in Confluence
Drive UAT planning, execution, and release readiness
Identify and resolve issues and blockers; escalate risks as needed
Support process improvements and PMO best practices across the portfolio
Requirements
5+ years of Technical Project or Program Management experience
Experience delivering digital, e‑commerce, or omnichannel projects
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence
Proven ability to manage cross‑functional technical teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Order Management or checkout/cart experience
Retail or consumer‑facing digital experience
Experience working with security or compliance‑driven initiatives
