Job Description
The Project Manager will divide their time between two major UCSF initiatives. The first is the development of a new building located in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco. The second is a comprehensive renovation of an existing building, also located in Mission Bay. In both efforts, the Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating IT planning, implementation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
- Local to the Bay area
- Able to be onsite multiple days per week at different locations in San Francisco (this will fluctuate week over week as the projects progress)
- Past experience supporting healthcare/research facility projects
- 8+ years of experience working on construction projects from an IT perspective (network, AV, workstations peripherals, business applications, BMS systems, etc.)
- PMP certification preferred; relevant experience in Infrastructure and construction required
- IT construction experience in an academic medical setting is strongly preferred
