Job Description

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions

Work you’ll do:

You will lead the design and development of Oracle EPCM applications, build allocation and custom calculations, and develop business rules using Groovy. You’ll architect and implement data integration processes from various source systems, design customized reports and dashboards to visualize profitability trends, and provide actionable insights to decision-makers. You will deliver end-user training, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability. Your role covers all project phases, from requirements gathering through Hypercare, with a focus on technical excellence and mentoring junior team members.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle EPCM/PCMCS solutions.
• Expertise in designing and developing allocation rules, data models, and workflows to improve financial performance insights.
• Proven experience developing data integration processes to load data from various source systems (Oracle Fusion GL and other EPM applications) using Data Management.
• Advanced skills in building allocation and custom calculations in EPCM.
• Strong proficiency in building business rules using Groovy in EPCM.
• Experience designing and building customized reports and dashboards using EPCM reporting capabilities.
• Ability to develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and financial models for cost analysis.
• Experience performing data validation, reconciliation, and integration with other Oracle EPM modules (FCCS, PBCS, etc.).
• Experience utilizing the EPCM Agent
• Proficient in utilizing foundational Gen AI tools and integrated features, including IPM Insights
• Demonstrated ability to provide training to end-users on EPCM functionalities, including data input, report generation, and analysis.
• Experience monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and applying updates to maintain system stability.
• Proven track record of contributing across all project phases, from requirement gathering to Hypercare.
• Ability to work independently with technical/functional direction from leads and mentor junior team members.
