Job Description

The HR Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of various HR projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure. This individual will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality criteria, while effectively managing resources and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR Project Management, with a primary focus on HR functional experience and secondary HR system-oriented experience.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully managing large-scale HR projects from inception to closure.
Experience with HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, time & attendance, and applicant tracking systems - SAP Success Factors and Dayforce and WFM/Payroll implementations.
