Job Description

The Deployment Manager is a critical customer touchpoint, managing many customer-facing activities and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and efficiency. In this role, you will help set up the first JLG Autonomous Solutions deployment center and develop the blueprints for how we onboard new customers. Over the course of the contract, you will help stand up our initial deployment processes and lay the groundwork for additional centers as the product line grows and expands, continuously improving and incorporating learnings along the way.
You will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and shipment of customer equipment for initial deployments and any equipment replacements. In
addition, you will be responsible for managing the fleet of equipment, including repair activities and keeping the ERP system up to date. You will work closely with the engineering, operations, sales, and build teams to ensure that customer needs are met. This role will require traveling to deployment centers and/or customer sites up to 25% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate machine deployments from manufacturing through customer delivery
Manage shipping, freight, inventory, and warehouse logistics
Develop and improve deployment processes and tracking systems
Support operational integration with Oshkosh/JLG systems and reporting requirements
Coordinate training schedules and customer onboarding activities
Track and resolve field issues, equipment replacements, and repairs
Manage timelines, customer communications, and deployment readiness activities
Support future deployment expansion efforts, including additional facilities

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 8 or more years of relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, customer service, or construction; or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the role.
Ability to travel up to 25% of time
Availability for the full 12-month contract term
