Telecom Network Engineer II

* Territory Support

o Respond to trouble tickets issued by Sharp Tier 1 Help Desk

o Participate in Project based Moves/Adds/Changes

o Maintain Documentation of Sites in Territory

* Application Management

o Participate (as a Subject Matter Expert) in the development and documentation of Core VoIP Applications

CUCM, CUC, CER, RightFax, Informacast, PCCE/Finesse

* Network Infrastructure

o Work with Data Networking team to install/upgrade/test Network Infrastructure equipment within the enterprise.

* Team Initiatives

o Attend staff meetings (Virtual and In-Person) related to team projects and Initiatives.

o Provide updates and mentor-based training to teammates regarding application specialties.

* Tier 2 Helpdesk

o Coverage of Tier 2 Helpdesk to support Tier 2 Site support personnel or Tier 3 Field Engineers

* 5-7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer

* CUCM: hands on experience programming, troubleshooting, add changes, etc

* CCNA license

* Strong experience with Cisco routers and switches

* Ability to maintain positive customer relationships and provide a high level of customer service & communication.

* Experience/knowledge of trunks and analog ports

* Exposure to PCCE (contact center application)

* 1-5 years of experience in Telecom/VOIP

* Background in Healthcare industry

* Bachelor's in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
