Job Description

This person will be a requirements driven engineer who can lead a team through system level requirements generation and verification performed on CCA. This person will be responsible for leading a team of 7-10 engineers as well as engaging with other leaders to shepherd this work through final stages of development, manufacturing and production based on customer requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degrees in EE, or hardware related activities and 15+ years of hands on experience in electrical/RF engineering
- Master's degrees in EE, or hardware related activities and 10+ years of hands on experience in electrical/RF engineering
- Expertise in radiofrequency engineering, specifically high frequency at the PWB/CCA level
- Applicable working knowledge of HFSS
- Experience using ossiliscopes, multimeters, network analyzers
- Experience using board design toolsets such as expedition and Pspice
- Experience with test automation for RF design
- Experience leading a team through program completion

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience developing radios, deploying wave forms

- Experience working through the DoD process specifically for highly secured production processes
