Job Description
A mortgage company is looking for a Systems Support Admin professional to provide day‑to‑day administrative support for mortgage technology platforms such as Encompass and related systems. This role focuses on onboarding and offboarding employees by setting up user accounts, configuring roles and permissions, enabling single sign‑on (SSO), and ensuring appropriate system access based on job function. The position also serves as first‑level support for basic system issues, assisting users with login problems, access errors, and common functionality questions, while escalating more complex issues as needed. Strong attention to detail and collaboration with IT, HR, and operations teams are essential to ensure smooth user access, system reliability, and a positive new‑hire experience.
This is a fully remote position.

Required Skills & Experience
1+ year of professional experience in an administrative or technical position (Help Desk, Onboarding, Admin,etc)
Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Outlook
Basic Technical Troubleshooting: Comfortable resolving common user issues such as login failures, access errors, password resets, SSO issues, and basic system navigation questions, with the ability to escalate more complex problems appropriately.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience setting up, modifying, and deactivating user accounts, roles, and permissions in mortgage systems such as Encompass and related applications.
