• Support the Program Manager with program tracking, coordination, documentation, and reporting
• Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI to support internal and regulatory needs
• Prepare and support monthly and annual reports submitted to the CPUC
• Assist with invoicing and reconciliation, including coordination with third-party administrators and implementers
• Review and validate program documentation against detailed technical and program requirements
• Support interactions with external partners, contractors, and vendors (e.g., lighting trade allies, HVAC providers, third-party administrators)
• Assist with dashboard maintenance and potential development (existing dashboards were built by a prior contractor)
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external counterparts, including collaboration with other California IOUs
• Handle additional program-related administrative and analytical tasks as assigned (income-qualified program work may be included)
