Job Description
A company in San Diego is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their office! In this position, the Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the corporate headquarters. This role requires that you be able to thrive in a fast-paced corporate setting, balancing multiple responsibilities with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail with limited supervision. You will support Executives, managers, and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. You will communicate via phone and email to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality promptly.
Essential Functions:
• Distribute incoming mail and packages within the office
• Assist with and coordinate outgoing mail and packages within the office
• Greet and direct visitors accordingly
• Ordering and restocking kitchen materials
• Maintaining inventory and ordering of office supplies and office needs
• Work in conjunction with other office locations when needed
• Point of contact for all facilities-related matters
• Keep the office organized and communicate with management of any issues
• Liaise with IT and HR for needs at the site location
• Occasional assistance needed to plan and coordinate onsite/offsite meetings, events, conferences, etc.
• Basic administrative office duties and other tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Experience
1+ year of experience in a professional setting in a Receptionist/Administrative/Coordination type role
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree
