Insight Global is seeking an AP/Payroll Specialist to be onsite in Mission Valley, CA. Our client is a full-service mortgage bank committed to innovative solutions in the mortgage industry. They handle all aspects of the loan process in-house and are experiencing significant growth. This individual would be an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist who will also manage accounts receivable functions and assist with payroll processing. Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Schedule and prepare disbursements, obtaining necessary payment authorizations.
Manage accounts receivable by preparing and mailing invoices, computing charges and refunds, and following up on delinquent accounts.
Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions, resolving any discrepancies.
Maintain organized financial records and support documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/customers to address inquiries and issues.
Prepare reports for management, providing insights on cash flow and financial performance.

5+ years of experience running payroll for 250+ employees
Experience running payroll for employees who make commission
5+ years of accounts payable experience (processing invoices, cutting checks/POs, etc)
