Job Description
We are building out a high-impact Cybersecurity team and are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide security initiatives. This individual will bring hands-on experience driving programs across multiple cybersecurity domains and products, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity programs across multiple domains, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within scope
-Partner with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics
-Drive implementation efforts across key cybersecurity areas including identity management, API protection, endpoint security, and risk management
-Oversee program timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies while proactively identifying and mitigating issues
-Manage executive-level reporting and provide clear visibility into program health and outcomes
-Ensure alignment with security frameworks, compliance requirements, and broader organizational objectives
Candidates should have experience leading projects or implementations across several of the following:
-Identity & Access Management (IAM)
-API Security / API Protection
-UEBA (User and Entity Behavior Analytics)
-Risk Management and Governance
-Endpoint Security / Endpoint Management
-Data Privacy and Compliance (CCPA, BigID)
-Security SaaS Posture Management (SSPM)

Required Skills & Experience
-5–7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within cybersecurity environments
-Proven experience leading large, cross-functional cybersecurity programs in enterprise settings
-Strong understanding of multiple cybersecurity domains (IAM, cloud security, risk/compliance, threat management)
-Experience managing implementations, not just oversight of strategy
-Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
-Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or PgMP
-Experience in retail, restaurant, or large distributed enterprise environments
-Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related security frameworks
-Experience with security tooling and platforms (SIEM, SOAR, identity platforms, BigID, SSPM tools)
-Background supporting transformation or contract-to-hire initiatives
