Role Overview
Senior, standalone role leading clinical strategy and program development
Owns clinical storytelling: defining programs, outcomes, KPIs, and impact
Heavy external-facing component—selling value to pharma partners
No direct reports; highly collaborative with operations and cross‑functional leaders
Requires strong executive presence, influence, and outcomes-driven mindset
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead clinical strategy across mental health–focused programs
Design and measure KPIs that demonstrate clinical and business impact
Partner with operations and internal leaders to execute programs
Translate clinical outcomes into compelling value propositions for pharma
Drive results without a formal team
Ideal Backgrounds / Titles
Value-Based Solutions leadership
Clinical Pharmacist background strongly preferred
Director of Clinical Pharmacy
Pharmacist in Charge
Regional Pharmacy Manager
Global Market Access experience a plus
Health systems + behavioral health experience is a major plus

Required Skills & Experience
Licensed pharmacist background (non‑negotiable)
Senior clinical leadership experience in a standalone role (no direct reports)
Strong clinical strategy and program development experience
Deep understanding of mental health and/or behavioral health programs
Ability to design, measure, and articulate KPIs and outcomes at an executive level
Experience translating clinical outcomes into compelling value propositions (external‑facing)
Proven ability to sell clinical value to pharma or clinical buyers
Strong cross‑functional partnership experience (operations, leadership, commercial teams)
Executive presence with strong influence and communication skills
Comfort operating in a PE‑backed, growth‑oriented environment with some risk
Willingness to travel quarterly and attend industry conferences
Open to hybrid/remote; preference for willingness to commute to Huntington Beach
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in value‑based care or value‑based solutions
Titles such as Director of Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacist in Charge, Regional Pharmacy Manager
Global market access experience
Health systems experience
Strong exposure to pharma partnerships and commercial strategy
Experience building clinical programs from the ground up
Prior experience in fast‑scaling or PE‑backed organizations
Interest in equity participation and long‑term growth post‑transaction
