Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Middleware Engineer to manage, deploy, and support Oracle WebLogic in clustered on‑prem and AWS environments, with a strong focus on production support and troubleshooting. This role will also drive DevOps automation using tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Terraform, supporting CI/CD pipelines, system reliability, and scheduled maintenance.
- Manage and support Oracle WebLogic middleware in clustered environments.
- Deploy code, respond to alerts (high CPU, stuck/spec threads), and troubleshoot dev, test, and prod environments
- Perform DevOps automation using Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Terraform
- Work across on‑prem and AWS environments; recent AWS experience required.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, system reliability, and performance improvements

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of middleware engineering experience, including Oracle WebLogic administration
- Hands‑on experience with AWS, Linux (RHEL/Amazon Linux), and Spring Boot–based applications
- Strong background in CI/CD and automation using tools like Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, and Bitbucket
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms and identity/security tools (Active Directory, LDAP, Oracle, ServiceNow)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, manage change, and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Oracle WebLogic certified (OCA, WebLogic Server 12c Administrator)
- Experience administering Informatica and Qlik platforms
- Background working in outsourced/managed services environments with client‑facing interactions
Familiar with Atlassian and DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket)
