Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a few Senior Business Analysts to join our client’s team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless delivery of life insurance solutions to customers. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing customer requirements, supporting solution delivery, resolving issues, and maintaining stakeholder communication. The analyst will work closely with delivery teams, product managers, and clients to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction when implemented the clients IT software into the carrier's environment. Is it expected for this person to be very seasoned within the Life & Annuity insurance space supporting an IT agile environment. Agile/Scrum knowledge is preferred. This individual will be working with the third party carrier's team and the client's team consisting of developers, architects, scrum masters, and BAs. This individual will work heavily with business stakeholders and hold executive level relationships. This role requires some client on site expectations if local to the area or 25% travel if remote.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in customer delivery or client-facing roles
Extensive experience in the Life & Annuity insurance industry
Experience in the IT industry and holding technical conversations with team members and clients
Proficiency in Agile methodologies
Extensive experience gathering requirements from stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
Experience supporting and presenting to executive level leaders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Local to or near Livonia Michigan (outside of Detroit)
