Job Description
A technology company is seeking a Solutions Architect to partner directly with enterprise customers to support the deployment and integration of the company’s platform into complex production environments. The Solutions Architect acts as a technically savvy advisor and coordinator, guiding customers through implementation, aligning the platform to their use cases, and serving as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams.
-Work directly with enterprise customers to support platform deployments and integrations in their environments
-Lead technical discovery to understand customer architecture, systems, and deployment requirements
-Guide integrations with customer APIs, identity providers, data sources, and cloud infrastructure
-Coordinate with internal engineering, product, and partner teams to unblock and support implementations
-Troubleshoot deployment and integration issues and help customers move solutions into production

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, implementation engineering, technical consulting, or forward‑deployed roles
-Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers in customer‑facing technical engagements
-Strong understanding of cloud-based deployments and integrations (Azure preferred)
-Experience supporting or guiding integrations across APIs, data sources, identity providers, and authentication systems
-Working knowledge of Python sufficient to review, troubleshoot, or support scripts and integrations (not a pure coding role)
-Clear communicator able to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
-Comfortable owning deployment challenges end‑to‑end and coordinating across customers, partners, and internal teams
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
-Willing and able to travel up to 50% for customer deployments and onsite engagements
-Must be based in the Bay Area, NYC, or Toronto
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Prior experience in a forward‑deployed engineer, deployment architect, or customer solutions engineer role
-Azure‑specific architecture, deployment, or operational experience
-Experience creating deployment guides, integration documentation, or technical playbooks
-Experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, or Product on technical scoping and rollout planning
