Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to support a modern, enterprise web application. This role is focused on building and maintaining high-quality, user-facing features using React and modern JavaScript, while partnering closely with product, design, and back-end engineering teams.
This is a hands-on senior front-end role. The ideal candidate has strong experience building production web applications, understands how to translate requirements into scalable UI solutions, and takes ownership of front-end quality and performance.
What You’ll Do
· Build and maintain user-facing features using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
· Translate product requirements and UX designs into production-ready, scalable front-end code
· Develop and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries
· Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver features end-to-end
· Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible, performant, and accessible
· Integrate with APIs and validate data on the front end before submitting to the back end
· Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability
· Debug and resolve UI issues across browsers and devices
· Support ongoing application maintenance, enhancements, and bug fixes
· Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end best practices
· Occasionally create basic wireframes, mockups, or prototypes to help clarify workflows or requirements
· Assist back-end engineers with UI/API integration troubleshooting
Big Picture Impact
· Own the front-end experience of a complex enterprise application
· Help ensure the product is intuitive, reliable, and easy to use for non-technical users
· Act as a technical partner to product and UX teams by helping shape solutions—not just implement them
Contribute to a maintainable front-end architecture that supports long-term growth

Pay ranges from $22/hr-$26/hr
