Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Services Lead to oversee café and pantry operations across multiple office sites. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in restaurant, hospitality, or food service operations who are comfortable managing people, inventory, and service delivery at a high level. The individual will be responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality workplace services while supporting day-to-day operations and events.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operations across 1–2 assigned sites within a broader portfolio of workplace locations
Supervise and support a team of porters (typically 4–5 per site), ensuring service standards are met
Conduct routine inspections of café, pantry, and common areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and quality
Manage inventory, including placing orders, tracking usage, and validating deliveries
Ensure food and beverage service is consistently executed at a high standard
Support workplace events, including planning logistics, coordinating setup, and overseeing execution
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure workplace services align with employee needs and expectations
Continuously identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency, and overall experience

Hourly Rate expectation is $36.00/hr

Required Skills & Experience

3–6+ years of experience in food service, hospitality, restaurant operations, or workplace services
Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Strong operational mindset with experience managing inventory, ordering, and service execution
Ability to manage multiple sites or priorities simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to maintaining high service standards
Strong communication and organizational skills
Mature, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of site-level operations
