Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Business Operations & Program Manager to drive execution and coordination across multiple programs reporting to the SVP, this role will bring structure, alignment, and operational rigor to complex, cross-functional initiatives while supporting leadership in strategic planning, decision-making, and execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing competing priorities, and effectively partners with senior stakeholders to ensure high-impact initiatives remain on track and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead execution of multiple cross-functional strategic and technology initiatives across PS Strategy and STAR (Strategic Tech Accelerator focused on AI)
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, ownership, and success metrics
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously, identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Drive operational rigor across strategy, planning, execution, and follow-through
• Coordinate leadership meetings, strategy reviews, offsites, and operating cadence
• Develop and maintain leadership scorecards (OKRs, KPIs, portfolio health, risks)
• Track decisions, action items, and commitments to ensure accountability and delivery
• Serve as central connector across strategy, planning, finance, operations, and business teams
• Facilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders and workstreams
• Conduct analysis and synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Support strategic planning, portfolio governance, and business reviews
• Own leadership reporting materials, including business review decks and executive summaries
• Develop executive-level communications, presentations, and program updates

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 12+ years of experience in program management, strategy, business operations, consulting, or related roles
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
• Strong project and program management capabilities
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
• Ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority
• High level of ownership, initiative, and operational discipline

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or technology acceleration initiatives
• Strong financial modeling and advanced analytical experience
• Experience working across multiple business units or global organizations
• Familiarity with advanced tools, frameworks, and strategic analysis methodologies
