Job Description
The client is a robotics-driven apparel manufacturing company scaling commercial production in Newark, CA. This Production Technician will operate automated manufacturing equipment, perform quality inspections, troubleshoot minor machine issues, load raw materials, and support efficient production workflows in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
Responsibilities
• Operate automated garment manufacturing equipment
• Monitor product quality and inspect finished goods
• Troubleshoot minor machine and production issues
• Load materials and manage finished product output
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and production standards
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to improve efficiency
• Support made-to-order production schedules and workflow goals

Required Skills & Experience
• 1+ year of manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or industrial experience
• Experience operating machinery/equipment or strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to troubleshoot basic production issues
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with automated manufacturing, robotics, or production equipment
• Apparel, textile, consumer goods, semiconductor, or high-volume manufacturing experience
• Quality inspection or continuous improvement experience
