Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a ML Lab Automation Engineer to join one of our largest tech clients in the Bay Area. This person needs to be able to come onsite to Mountain View, CA 5x week and is responsible for building, designing, deploying, and scaling autonomous AI agents to enable AI capabilities in a hardware/RF lab environment.
This role can pay between $38-$45/hour depending on years of experience and skillset.

Required Skills & Experience
-B.S. / M.S. in technical field
-Experience with RAG, and agent based architectures
-Strong proficiency in Python or Java
-Experience with GCP (Vertex AI, Big Query, Cloud Storage)
-Hardware native / curious (lab environment)
-2+ years of relevant experience deploying and evaluating models
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Coming from 5G testing / RF testing background or lab space
-Familiar with JavaScript/Node.js for full stack AI application development
-Ability to share GitHub or side projects with the team!
