Insight Global is looking for a Partner Engagement Manager for a top telecommunications company based in San Jose, CA. Our client is going through an acquisition and needs a strong Partner Engagement Manager to step in to work cross-functionally with internal Program Management and Supply Chain teams and facilitate conversations with the client's new partners. As a Partner Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading engagements between Services & Logistics, Regional Operations and the client's partner. You will also be responsible for end to end systems testing and reporting back to the client and their partner. You will also be involved in maintaining action trackers, raising risks of missing timelines for both the client and partner, and working on common deadlines between the partner and the program. Additional responsibilities include:
- Leading all Partner conversations
- Facilitate Partner design reviews/sign offs
- Manage end to end systems testing and partner testings
- Socializing and sharing high level scop and project description/objectives with partners
- Track Partner KPIs, Documentation and maintenance of Partner SOPs and SOWs
- Align Partner go-live
- 5+ years of experience in Program/Project management with a background in direct partner engagement, working with global teams
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Operations
- Experience with IT Integrations or Systems Testing of all B2B feeds ideally using Oracle or similar tool
- Facilitation of RD50 requirement document reviews
- Experience tracking and reporting on requirements and partner KPIs
