Job Description

The Marketing Product Manager is responsible for leading and executing marketing activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, and by implementing effective sales and go to market strategies. This role helps ensure a safe and trusted environment for businesses and people.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead market assessments, quantitative analysis, and qualitative feedback, and represent the market internally with Product Management and Engineering
• Manage high priority, fast moving decisions and communications related to policy changes or enforcement
• Define and manage comprehensive go to market strategies, including positioning, policy, launch strategy, and PR
• Contribute marketing insights and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements, market dynamics, competitor share, and strengths and weaknesses
• Forecast business performance and establish targeted market share
• Improve product marketability and profitability by researching and capitalizing on market opportunities
• Support product packaging improvements and coordinate new product development
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends to provide actionable insights
• Support overall marketing and organizational objectives by completing related initiatives as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent multitasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in technology, strategy consulting, or marketing
• Experience working in a product marketing capacity
