Job Description
In this role, you’ll oversee the planning and delivery of streaming channel features and new product experiences for FOX’s DTC platform, working closely with product, engineering, design, and operations to keep multiple workstreams aligned and moving forward. Your day will involve defining delivery roadmaps, maintaining timelines, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring teams have clarity on scope, priorities, and milestones. You’ll support high‑visibility feature launches—often tied to major live events—and act as the central communication hub between strategy and execution. You’ll translate shifting business needs into actionable delivery plans, bring structure to ambiguity, and apply agile program management best practices to ensure a smooth path from concept through launch.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of program or technical project management experience (digital media, streaming, or software)
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies
- Proven ability to lead multi‑team product launches in evolving or ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated skill in cross‑team alignment and stakeholder management
- Experience working on high‑visibility, time‑sensitive product deliveries
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adjust plans as business needs shift
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience launching or supporting streaming video products (SVOD, AVOD, FAST)
- Familiarity with live event operations or sports/media‑driven product delivery
- Background in channel‑based or content programming platform launches
- Experience in startup‑like or rapidly scaling environments within larger organizations
