Job Description

The Paid Media Lead (Sponsored Search) owns the client's sponsored search investment across every digital shelf where the brand sells — the full Amazon Sponsored Ads
suite (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display across the US, Canada, and iHerb international), Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Sam’s Club MAP, Instacart, and eBay — plus
the Google Search and Shopping programs that drive our client's website. This is the brand’s always-on Performance engine, capturing high-intent shoppers at the moment of purchase, and a hands-on technical leadership role at the center of how the brand wins the digital shelf.

You will own sponsored search strategy and execution end to end: keyword and campaign architecture, bidding and budget management, share-of-voice strategy on priority terms, retail event support, and the measurement that proves it worked — incrementality, branded vs. non-branded mix, and true new-to-brand acquisition cost, not just platform-reported ROAS. Your job is to keep programs on-pace and on-strategy, direct agency and platform partners as an extension of the team, and compound the marketplace flywheel by aligning paid traffic with listing readiness, promo windows, and inventory. Programmatic video and display — including Amazon DSP — sit with the Paid Media Lead (Programmatic); paid social sits with the Paid Media Lead (Social). On Google, Performance Max is in scope where it delivers against Search and Shopping inventory; tactics weighted toward programmatic placements (YouTube, Display, Discover) route to the Programmatic Lead.

During onboarding, the employee will work with their manager to execute a 30/60/90-day plan with HR support/alignment, establishing responsibilities, processes, and initial KPIs to ensure a successful transition into the department.
