An employer sitting in Downtown Los Angeles, CA is looking to hire a hybrid Instructional Designer. He/She will be responsible for taking on business processes and transitioning those business processes into their training content. This person will be taking instructional steps and transforming that intro an instructor guide, student hand outs, and the content that will be presented into power point decks. This Designer will be developing training content in LXP (Learning Experience Platform) and other systems. In addition to developing content they will also be following a train the trainer model, working hand in hand with functional teams to validate they have the right steps and training material. This person will be reporting to the Learning Team Lead. Currently this project team is in the design and build stage, this designer would help to build out and create, design, and validate content. This will be a full time position for a 36 month contract reporting to Downtown Los Angeles, CA x3 days a week, (paying between $50-60/hour).
