Job Description

Our client is seeking HVAC Service Technicians to support the service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems throughout multifamily residential properties in Orange County and Los Angeles County. This is a field-based position where technicians will be provided a company vehicle and dispatched to multiple properties daily to perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience servicing 1-5 ton HVAC systems and possess strong troubleshooting skills related to split systems, electrical controls, compressors, and refrigeration components. In this role, you will travel between apartment communities and multifamily properties, responding to routine maintenance requests as well as service calls involving equipment failures. Responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, repairing and maintaining HVAC equipment, working with 24-volt control wiring, replacing compressors and other critical components, documenting service activities through ServiceTitan, and communicating effectively with property managers and residents regarding system performance and repair recommendations.
This position requires an individual who can work independently, manage multiple service calls throughout the day, and maintain a high level of customer service while ensuring HVAC systems remain operational and energy efficient. While the standard work schedule generally falls within normal business hours, technicians must be willing to support after-hours and emergency service calls when business needs arise.
