Job Description
Insight Global is in need of capable stress analysts/ engineers located in Long Beach, CA working on repairs and modifications of all 7 Series aircrafts. These individuals will evaluate if repairs are structurally acceptable with consideration for static, fatigue and damage tolerance as well as any impact to existing Airworthiness Directives. Plans and organizes structural analysis work at the program level to assure total compliance with structural integrity and stability requirements. Develops, integrates and documents complex or unique structural requirements to establish the system design. Coordinates with other engineering groups to establish the product's environment. This role supports commercial aircraft and focuses on fuselage structural components, including skins, frames, fore structure, and crown structure, across composite structures.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience as a Stress Engineer/ Analyst
Static/ fatigue/ damage tolerance analysis experience
Experience supporting commercial aircraft (7 Series)
Experience with composite structures
Proficient with NASTRAN / PATRAN / CASTLE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Working experience at Boeing or Spirit
