He oversees the full Closures Engineering organization, including sheet metal design, sealing systems, and hardware engineering, ensuring all subsystems integrate seamlessly at the vehicle level. Iys Full Lifecycle approach is 80/20, then 20/80. Looking for the EARLY approach with System Level Design.

Required Skills & Experience
He performs his own 3D CAD modeling (CATIA 3DX), ensuring design intent is captured accurately without relying on outsourced CAD resources.
He maintains senior‑level proficiency in CATIA, commonly used across automotive and aerospace industries for complex surface and mechanical design.
