Tooling Support Consultant

Day-to-day:

Insight Global is looking for a Tooling Support Consultant to support a large sheet metal manufacturing and automation solutions company. This individual will be consulting customers on any tooling solutions and assisting them with the different applications Amada offers of punching and bending applications. Responsibilities will also include partnering with Tooling Sales Engineers to determine customer's tooling needs and to provide application solutions. Additionality the Tooling Support Consultant will be working to expedite orders, quotations and related requests from customers and Tooling Sales Engineers received via telephone. This role will be onsite 5 days a week onsite in La Mirada, CA.

Must-Haves:

- Customer Service Experience

- Solid understanding and skills of computer systems (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Strong communication and organizational skills

Minimum of a High School Diploma

Plusses:

Ability to ready and analyze blueprints and technical drawings
