Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Full‑Stack Engineer to lead development across modern web and mobile applications. This role is hands‑on, with equal ownership of backend and frontend systems, using Python/Django on the backend and React on the frontend. You will collaborate closely through paired programming, drive technical decision‑making, and ensure smooth, scalable delivery in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead full‑stack development across web and mobile apps.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services using Python/Django.
• Build responsive, high‑quality UI components using React.
• Collaborate in a paired programming environment to drive high‑quality engineering practices.
• Support feature development end‑to‑end, from design through deployment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to planning, and provide clear technical updates.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across the stack.
• Ensure code quality through TDD and maintain clean, reusable, well‑documented components.
Work closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure seamless integration of backend and frontend systems.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
Strong frontend experience with React; familiarity with Node.js a plus.
Strong backend expertise with Python/Django.
Solid understanding of Test‑Driven Development (TDD).
Proficiency with Postgres SQL and writing/debugging queries.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication skills for pairing, collaboration, and progress updates.
Ability to track tasks, monitor progress, and maintain reliable documentation.
Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment workflows.
