Job Description

Seeking a hands‑on HRIS Process Lead to own end‑to‑end Core HR processes within Workday on a global scale. This role partners with HR, HRIS, and IT to drive process alignment, manage enhancements, and ensure accurate system configuration across multiple countries. Ideal for someone confident taking ownership in a high‑visibility, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and document end‑to‑end Workday Core HR business processes
Partner with HR stakeholders and COEs to improve and standardize processes
Act as primary point of contact for process design, enhancements, and issue resolution
Manage intake, prioritization, and delivery of HRIS enhancements
Maintain Core HR configuration tables (job profiles, org structures, pay groups, eligibility, etc.)
Support testing, releases, and post‑go‑live hypercare
Ensure compliance, data integrity, and accurate reporting

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands‑on Workday Core HR experience with a global footprint
5+ years of HRIS/HCM experience with lead or ownership responsibility
Experience supporting multiple countries (US, Canada, Australia plus additional regions preferred)
Strong project management skills
Familiarity with collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams / SharePoint, Jira, Smartsheet (or similar tools)
Ability to confidently lead discussions, make decisions, and drive outcomes
Experience partnering cross‑functionally with HR, IT, and business teams
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Experience in global, fast‑paced, matrixed environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
PMP or similar certification is a plus
