Job Description
Seeking a hands‑on HRIS Process Lead to own end‑to‑end Benefits and Absence Management processes within Workday. This role partners closely with HR (Total Rewards), HRIS, and IT to drive process improvements, manage enhancements, and ensure system accuracy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and document end‑to‑end Workday Benefits & Absence processes
Partner with HR stakeholders to improve and standardize business processes
Act as primary point of contact for process design, enhancements, and issue resolution
Manage intake, prioritization, and delivery of system enhancements
Maintain Workday configuration tables (eligibility, job profiles, orgs, pay groups, etc.)
Support testing, releases, and post‑go‑live hypercare
Ensure compliance, data integrity, and accurate reporting

Required Skills & Experience
Must be proficient in Workday Benefits and Absence Management – US and Canada.
5+ years of HRIS/HCM experience, including 3+ years in a management or lead role.
Strong project management skills
Familiarity with collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams / SharePoint, Jira, Smartsheet (or similar tools)
Ability to confidently lead discussions, make decisions, and drive outcomes
Experience partnering cross‑functionally with HR, IT, and business teams
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Experience in global, fast‑paced, matrixed environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
PMP or similar certification is a plus
