Insight Global is looking for a NIGHTSHIFT Service Desk Technician for a large company in Irvine, Ca. There are two shifts, 1) Sat -- Wed 6:00am -- 3pm
2) One week: Thursday -- Sunday 7pm -- 6am Second week: Friday -- Sunday 5pm -- 6am.
So, this is an OVERNIGHT/Weekend Shift. You should have excellent customer service experience and should have strong knowledge of computer installs, imaging, troubleshooting, and configurations. You will be creating user accounts using Active Directory.

5-10 Years of Experience as a Service Desk Technician/IT Support Technician
- Extremely professional and customer service oriented
- 5 Years of Active Directory - creating accounts in Azure
- Experience with ServiceNow or any other ticketing system
- Experience with Installing, Imaging, and building computers
- ONSITE 5 days a week in Irvine, CA
