Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Data Analyst to join our team on-site at our Santa Ana, CA office. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets to provide actionable business insights, build data models, and generate reports to track operational performance. Responsibilities also include identifying trends, optimizing processes through data-driven recommendations, and effectively presenting findings to stakeholders to support decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics tools
Knowledge of Statistics and experience in Data Modeling
Excellent Communication skills for presenting data insights effectively
Proficient in software and tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau or Power BI)
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle large datasets
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
Familiarity with the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
2+ years of work experience with Tableau
