We are seeking a skilled Cloud Identity Migration Specialist with strong expertise in AWS and Terraform to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the migration of on-prem SailPoint IdentityIQ to a cloud-based solution hosted on AWS, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with IAM policies. This is a fully remote position working PST hours for a 9-month contract with possibility of extensions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the client's team on daily and weekly tasks.
Focus on tool migration and AWS cloud services.
Lead the migration of on-prem SailPoint IdentityIQ to AWS-hosted SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with AWS using Terraform.
Develop and execute migration strategies, roadmaps, and best practices.
Gather requirements, define policies, and ensure IAM compliance.
Perform data analysis, transformation, and mapping for cloud identity migration.
Implement and optimize RBAC and ABAC models.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related technical issues and security risks.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams for seamless integration.
Document architecture, configurations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

- 5+ years of experience within AWS cloud development
- Working experience with Okta and Active Directory
- Extensive AWS Experience: Proven experience with AWS services, including API Gateway, Lambda, S3, VPC, EC2, IAM, and EKS.
- Terraform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) and cloud resource management.
- SailPoint IdentityIQ Migration: Demonstrated experience in migrating on-prem SailPoint IdentityIQ to AWS.
- Cloud Integration: Experience integrating identity management solutions with cloud environments, particularly using Terraform.
- IAM Compliance: In-depth knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM) policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Data Analysis and Transformation: Proficiency in data analysis, transformation, and mapping for identity migration projects.
- RBAC and ABAC Implementation: Experience implementing and optimizing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) models.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related technical issues and security risks.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Documentation: Experience documenting architecture, configurations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
