Job Description

The Environmental Services Technician plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This position is responsible for performing routine cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the facility, ensuring compliance with infection control standards and supporting the overall patient experience in alignment with CommonSpirit Health’s mission and values.

Required Skills & Experience

· Previous experience in environmental services, must have experience with blood-borne pathogens, hazardous chemicals and be familiar with MSDS Sheets.
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
· Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
