Job Description
- Building and shipping features across iOS and Android from a single TypeScript codebase
- Camera-based workflows: video scanning, barcode capture, photo analysis
- Offline-first architecture with local caching (AsyncStorage) and background sync
- Integrating with REST APIs (BFF pattern) and third-party SDKs (Auth0, Anthropic, Brady printers)
- Native build pipelines: Expo prebuild, Xcode archives, EAS Build, CocoaPods

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years React Native / Expo experience shipping to both iOS and Android
- Comfort with Xcode (signing, archiving, troubleshooting build errors) and Android Studio
- TypeScript proficiency
- Experience with TanStack React Query or similar server-state libraries
- Familiarity with camera/media APIs in React Native
- Practical experience using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as part of your daily development workflow — not just prompting, but effectively directing agents through
multi-step implementation tasks, reviewing generated code, and iterating efficiently
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with AI/ML API integration (vision models, on-device ML)
- Expo native modules (Swift/Kotlin bridging)
- BLE device communication
- Auth0 or similar OAuth2 flows in mobile apps
