Wafer Expeditor

Insight Global is seeking to hire a Wafer Expeditor in Fremont, California for 6 months. You will be supporting a global equipment relocation and installation project. This individual will work closely with the team to learn, operate, prepare, and package specialized Wafers. The role requires handling semiconductor wafers, tracking inventory, and following detailed written instructions.
Responsibilities
• Support the preparation, packaging, and shipment of semiconductor product
• Learn how to operate and monitor specialized wafer processing tools.
• Packing, transportation logistics activities.
• Handle semiconductor wafers in accordance with cleanroom and quality standards.
• Track materials and inventory throughout the relocation process.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• 6+ months of experience in a semiconductor, medical device, manufacturing, or related technical environment.
• Hands-on experience handling wafers, sensitive components, or precision equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly.

• Previous semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
• Familiarity with wafer processing tools and manufacturing equipment
