Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale Data, Business Intelligence (BI), and Analytics initiatives. This individual will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving project execution, mitigating risks, and ensuring high-quality delivery from project inception through implementation.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical project leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities, with experience navigating complex enterprise environments and delivering data-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager or delivery lead for large Big Data, BI, or Analytics related projects
• Experienced in a supervisory role with the ability to lead or manage large cross-functional teams in a technical environment
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with speed on large-scale events or projects
• Experience supporting the management of an initiative from concept through to a concrete deliverable, applying specialist technical knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experienced and skilled in both Waterfall and Agile development methodology

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• PMP certification or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
