Our client is looking for a part-time Help Desk Analyst II to join the Infrastructure team out of Culver City, CA. You will be responsible for providing troubleshooting support for both Windows and MacOS. The ideal candidate will have experience with Active Directory Support, but most importantly, providing support across the entire Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.). You will also be responsible to replace hardware on desktops or laptops when needed.
