Job Description
Anduril is seeking an EMC Test Engineer to support a growing backlog of qualification and compliance testing across multiple airborne and missile platforms, including systems such as Fury and Barracuda. This engineer will be responsible for executing EMC/EMI testing, coordinating test priorities across various hardware programs, and partnering closely with systems and electrical engineering teams to ensure products meet military compliance requirements. The role is ideal for a hands-on test engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
Responsibilities:
• Execute EMC/EMI testing on avionics, electronics, and subsystem hardware
• Support qualification efforts against MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-464 requirements
• Coordinate testing priorities across multiple programs and LRUs (Line Replaceable Units)
• Work closely with systems and design engineers to understand hardware interfaces and test requirements
• Interpret block diagrams, interface documentation, and cable drawings to support test setup development
• Develop and document test procedures, results, and compliance findings
• Support troubleshooting and retesting efforts as design updates are implemented
• Manage multiple concurrent testing efforts across various stages of development

Required Skills & Experience
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3-5+ years of EMC/EMI or electrical systems testing experience
• Experience performing testing to MIL-STD-461 and/or MIL-STD-464 standards
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, block diagrams, and interface documentation & strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating across engineering teams
