Job Description
The Electrical Test Engineering team develops automated test systems used to validate the quality, reliability, and performance of advanced electronic products across multiple defense programs, including missile systems, helmet technologies, and other mission-critical platforms. Supporting more than 10 active programs, the team designs and delivers automated test equipment that combines hardware interfaces, software automation, and system-level validation testing.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience developing automated test systems
Strong LabVIEW development experience
Experience with automation programming using LabVIEW, Python, C#, C++, or MATLAB
Experience developing test plans, validation procedures, and automated test sequences
Experience integrating instrumentation and peripherals into automated test environments
Familiarity with communication protocols such as USB, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, CAN, PCIe, HDMI, and Serial Communications
Experience supporting system integration, verification, and manufacturing test
Understanding of measurement analysis techniques such as Gage R&R and Process Capability Analysis
Experience using source control tools such as Git/GitHub
Understanding of hardware and software integration processes
Clearance eligible
