Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineer to design and develop the hardware that enables automated test systems. This engineer will focus on schematic capture, PCB design, board bring-up, and integration of custom test fixtures used throughout the product lifecycle, from prototype development through manufacturing support.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in PCB design and electrical hardware development, with experience creating reliable and scalable functional test equipment. This role works closely with test engineers, software developers, and product engineering teams to support validation and production testing efforts.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
5+ years of hands-on electrical engineering experience
Strong experience with schematic capture and PCB design/layout
Experience with Altium Designer or similar ECAD tools
Experience designing test fixtures, interface boards, or custom electronic hardware
Familiarity with communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, USB, Ethernet, CAN, PCIe, HDMI, or Serial Communications
Experience with board bring-up, debugging, and validation
Ability to collaborate across hardware, software, and manufacturing teams
Understanding of hardware integration and product development lifecycles
Familiarity with Git or source control tools preferred
Clearance eligible
