Job Description
A large defense technology client is seeking a Generalist Electrical Engineer to sit onsite in Costa Mesa, CA. This role supports the design, test, and integration of complex electrical systems used in aerospace, UAV, and automotive applications. The Generalist Electrical Engineer will work across multiple phases of the hardware lifecycle—design support, board bring-up, testing, debugging, and system integration.
This position is ideal for an engineer with broad electrical engineering experience who is comfortable moving between hardware, firmware interaction, testing, and cross-functional collaboration. Rather than specializing in a single niche, this role requires strong fundamentals, hands-on lab skills, and the ability to diagnose issues across system boundaries.
