Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Event & Communications Specialist to join the
Strategy & Portfolio Operations team. You will drive planning, execution, and communications for a segment-wide technology showcase.
This tentpole event will drive awareness and alignment around the ways creativity, AI
technologies, and innovation intersect across our Disney Entertainment creative tech
ecosystem.
In this role, you will own day-to-day communications and event execution – from design
partnership and website copy to registration and demo logistics – collaborating with teams

sense of organization, detail-oriented, and communication skills. Your ability to drive a
large, cross-company event forward, anticipate needs, and manage many moving parts at once as part of a small core team will be key to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage key deadlines and deliverables across the event – proactively tracking status and working closely with a project manager to flag risks in order to keep planning on schedule
- Partner with key stakeholders throughout TWDC to coordinate and execute logistics, demos, presentations, and event needs end-to-end
- Serve as the primary point of contact for keeping all operational elements afloat, from event services and catering to invoices, swag production, and more
- Draft copy for event materials (website, registration page, invites, signage, etc.), ensuring consistent messaging and branding
- Manage communications with internal teams to help amplify the event across channels (newsletters, Teams posts), securing stakeholder approvals where needed
- Produce event briefs, one-pagers, and presentation materials to align stakeholders and drive decision-making, along with task tracking and meeting notes to keep the team on track
- Provide onsite event execution and coordination support (both leading up to and throughout the event), ensuring smooth staffing, logistics, and issue resolution
