Job Description
Overview:
We are hiring a Healthcare Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations within a GDP-compliant warehouse environment, ensuring healthcare and pharmaceutical products are received, stored, handled, and dispatched in line with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards. This is a hands-on, warehouse-based role where the successful candidate will work daily with healthcare products, maintain accurate documentation and traceability, follow strict quality and safety procedures, and support efficient warehouse operations. The role requires attention to detail, comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse setting, and a strong commitment to compliance, product integrity, and operational excellence.
Day-to-day:
• Ensure GDP compliance across district operations, including facilities, equipment, SOPs, cleanliness, security, temperature control, and pest management.
• Identify and manage GDP risks, including segregation and quarantine of non‑compliant, returned, recalled, or falsified products.
• Lead district GDP quality activities, serving as the primary contact for GDP customers, audits, CAPAs, incident reporting, and BCP reviews.
• Oversee healthcare customer transitions and implementations, embedding GDP requirements into SOPs and operational processes.
• Manage GDP service providers and carrier capabilities, ensuring approved vendors are used and solutions align to customer requirements.
Support strategic healthcare initiatives, including RFQs, thermal packaging, temperature‑controlled equipment, and monitoring solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
• Strong expertise in Air Freight products with a solid understanding of the global logistics industry
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Knowledge of and experience with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards and compliance requirements
