Job Description
A large entertainment and ticketing company's Identity Services team is responsible for all things Identity and Access Management (IAM) within the company, with a core focus on enabling secure and appropriate
administrative access to production and production-adjacent services. The team's scope spans Active Directory, Okta, Adaxes, bastion and jumpbox implementations, multi-factor authentication, hardware security keys, and a range of other access solutions. This team plays
a critical role in protecting privileged access pathways and ensuring production access follows least privilege principles across a high-volume, 24x7 global environment.
As Sr. Manager of the Identity Services team, you will own the delivery, operations, and people development for one of TechOps' most security-critical functions. You will lead a team of 4 - 6 skilled IAM engineers, driving execution of the identity and access management roadmap while
maintaining the operational excellence our production environments demand. Your leadership will directly shape team culture, technical direction, and the security posture of Ticketmaster's identity infrastructure.

Manage, coach, and develop senior engineers
Lead standups, team direction, performance conversations
Level-set and align team skillsets/focus areas
60% – Strategy / Execution
Own IAM roadmap + long-term planning
Work closely with Architecture
Drive identity initiatives that are currently being defined
Partner across engineering/security org for delivery

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in identity and access management, with deep expertise across technologies such as Microsoft Active Directory (including Group Policy, ADFS, LDAP, and AD-integrated DNS), Okta, and related IAM platforms
- 3+ years of experience in a people management or team lead role with direct responsibility for engineer development, performance management, and team delivery
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture principles, privileged access management
(PAM), and least privilege access patterns
- Practical experience with MFA solutions, hardware security key management (YubiKey), and authentication protocols such as OAuth, OIDC, and SAML
- Public cloud experience, specifically with AWS
