Job Description

We are looking for a PM who can drive consistency, standards, and operational excellence across the enterprise. This Project Manager will help ensure the organization is “doing the right things” by implementing common project lifecycle practices, strengthening financial and portfolio foundations, and supporting procurement alignment with the broader technology roadmap.

The PM will play a key role in process adoption, intake workflow rollout, learning platform deployment, and ITSM implementation. This includes coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, supporting fast-paced initiatives for Sean’s organization, and ensuring new tools and processes are adopted effectively across the group.

Required Skills & Experience

5–7 years of Project Management experience delivering medium-complexity initiatives (BA or PO backgrounds also acceptable)

Strong foundation in technical project management

Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow or similar)

Proficiency with Asana, Slack, and the Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to manage scope and budget

Demonstrated experience rolling out learning platforms or building learning paths/programs

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to act as the “conductor of the orchestra”

Analytical mindset with the ability to support strategy and fast-paced rollouts

Remote work capability in PST or CST

Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITSM, or ITIM

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting or operating within a federated PMO model

Background in procurement alignment, tech roadmap planning, or software assignment processes

Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning rollout or similar enterprise learning tools

Experience designing career roadmaps, mobility paths, or competency frameworks

Ability to configure and manage third‑party SaaS tools (no coding required)

Exposure to intake process design, portfolio governance, or enterprise standards adoption

Experience collaborating with HR, ITSM teams, and cross-functional learning stakeholders
