Job Description

We are seeking a Program Manager to support a major network evolution and migration initiative. This individual will act as the key coordination point between Network Planning, Product, Engineering, and Readiness teams to ensure migration milestones are successfully delivered.

This is not a hands-on engineering role. The ideal candidate will be an experienced program leader who can drive governance, manage dependencies, identify risks, and align multiple stakeholder groups in a complex telecom environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Governance
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Planning, Readiness, and Migration teams.
• Facilitate regular program meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Track program milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Escalate roadblocks and drive resolution across multiple organizations.
• Develop executive-level updates and governance reporting.
Migration & Readiness Management
• Ensure all products, systems, and processes are prepared to support network migration activities.
• Coordinate readiness deliverables across multiple teams.
• Support migration planning efforts for new access network deployments.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure critical path activities are completed on schedule.
Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the bridge between Network Planning and Readiness organizations.
• Coordinate across multiple VP-level groups and business units.
• Drive accountability without direct authority.
• Align teams around shared timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
Program Execution
• Develop and maintain master program tracking and dependency management artifacts.
• Monitor resource requirements and budget impacts.
• Ensure teams remain aligned to program objectives and migration timelines.
• Support successful delivery of key network transformation milestones.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Program Management experience leading large-scale initiatives.
• Telecommunications industry experience.
• Experience supporting fiber network, wireline, access network, or network transformation programs.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong governance, risk management, and executive reporting experience.
• Experience managing dependencies across large organizations.
• Ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority.
Comfortable working with engineering, architecture, and technical teams.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• • Network migration experience.
• Service readiness or product readiness experience.
• Network modernization or transformation programs.
• Experience working alongside network planning organizations.
• PMO leadership experience.
PMP certification.
